Assistant Manager - Sales

Responsibilities

  • Full responsible in making sales visits to customers, conduct sales presentation & provide technical support.
  • To travel frequently throughout Malaysia to generate business growth and develop new accounts besided maintaining the existing clients.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Marketing or equivalent.
  • Working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel on monthly basis.
  • Candidate who are able to speak in Mandarin is an added advantages.
  • Dynamic, self-starter, motivated and team player.

 

Sales / Service Engineers

Responsibilities
  • To prepare marketing plans & strategies.
  • To explore and develop new business opportunities.
  • To manage and handle existing & new customers.
  • To prepare costing, technical proposal and conduct product demonstration and presentation.
  • Provide 1st level of basic technical & application supports to both internal & external customers.
  • Conduct regular trainings, product demonstration, seminar and visits to targeted customers to influences all levels of project chain.
  • Follow-up on enquiries web and email enquiries from customers, directing opportunities and sales leads to channel partners, assist in securing of sales and orders.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Electric/Electronic Engineering.
  • Preferably possess working experience in Industrial Automation.
  • Preferred 1-2 years experience in Automation or related industries.
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills in both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Good knowledge in electrical background is a must.
  • Ability to travel outstation and work independently with minimum supervivion.
  • Must possess own transport.

Project Engineer

Responsibilities
  • Involve in system design, material procurement, site supervision, testing and commissioning for the project assigned.
  • Co-ordinate and lead all new / existing customes startup projects.
  • Work closely with internal and external engineering groups to ensure project is on schedule, product cost and performance in accordance to customers' expectations.
  • Report and update project status and schedule to customers and act as an interface between internal and external customers.
  • Support customer in technical issues / queries.
  • Project coordination and management.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Elctronic) or equivalent.
  • At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field or as System Engineer in SCADA & PLC Application (Siemens, Omron, Koyo etc)
  • Experience in wiring installation works, Field Instrumentation and Control Panel will be added advantage.
  • Willingness to travel (Local & Overseas).
  • Excellent in writing and communication skills in English.
  • Full-Time possiton available.

Sales Executive

Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Engineering (Electrical / Electronic), Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this oposition.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Pusat Perdagangan One Puchong.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Sales - Engineering / Technical or equivalent.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel.
  • Team player with good interpersonal and excellent negotiation skills. 

Sales Support

Responsibilities
  • Provide sales supporting task to Sales Team which include in quotation preparation.
  • To be responsible for all indoor (sales) documentation.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess minimum SPM qualification.
  • Computer literacy is prerequisite.
  • Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English.
  • Miniumum 1 year working experience is required. However, fresh school leaver are encouraged to apply as trainning will be provided.
  • Able to work independently.

Technician

Responsibilities
  • To provide technical support to the customer.
  • Carry out project co-ordination / commissioning workwith Project Engineers
  • Service, repair of Instruments & Systems
  • To provide technical support to the customer
  • Attend to customer machine's system & process break down and communicate, clarif and confirm with customer regarding the issue reported.
  • Troubleshoot / fix the electrical & electronic related issue.
  • Prepare a report / document pertaining to problem identified and/or fixed.
  • Carry out secondary wiring looping, panel looping.
  • Install electrical and electronic equipment.
Requirements
  • Possess at least a Certificate in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Able to operate MS Office, Auto CAD (Optional).
  • Min 1 year of relevant working experience.
  • Possess experiences in engineering field and site environment.
  • Understand the electrical diagram circuit / drawing.
  • Competence in using hand and power tools, testing / electronic measurement equipment such as multi-meter, clamp meter, etc.
  • To understand, read and/or design control panel / PLC (Preferable).
  • Experiences in mechanical related task are addedx advantages.

Accounts Assistant

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for handling full set of accounts.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least LCCI certificate / Diploma in Accounting.
  • Candidate must be able to handle full set of account.
  • Computer literacy is a must.
  • Preferably 1 year working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Self starter and able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Admin Assistant

Responsibilities
  • Servicing works arrangement including compilation of inquiry and request from clients.
  • To assist department for filling and documentation.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess minimum SPM qualification.
  • Computer literacy is prerequisite.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in required. However, fresh school leavers who are willing to learn are encouraged to apply.
  • Able to work independently.
