The food manufacturing process required the water to be heated at an ambient temperature of 180° F, starting from room temperature. Heating the water tank to 180° F would be time-consuming and challenging because of the amount of energy required to raise the temperature.

Dpstar successfully design & built Hot Water Storage Tank to maintain liquid temperature to a certain controlled set point. We can provide value-added process heating system solutions which include skid mount, control panels, and other processing components and instruments such as valves, pumps, piping, temperature sensors, temperature transmitters, and expansion tanks. In order to maximize the heat transfer efficiency and minimize any unnecessary heat loss, Dpstar supply 9 sets of 2” BSP Screw Plug Immersion Heater which is screwed into a threaded tank to heat liquids by direct contact. These elements are designed to be immersed in liquid so that heat transfer will occur at a rapid rate, enabling quick heat–up times.
